This morning I got some great news in my mailbox!
NLXL offerd me a internship at their studio. I’m really exited about this and to be honest a tiny bit nervous. Why… I don’t know actually. I think I just wanna prove myself that I can do it. And that this is my chance to show it. Bas Leurs my 1st year mentor was co founder of this studio and told me some about NLXL. After mailing my portfolio to them I got a invitation to show who I am, what I can do and answer some questions. At first I was a bit nervous, but after a few minutes I already felt comfortable talking to them. I got some straight up feedback and some flattering comments about my work.
After one week and three days I got a email. And damn I was happy, proud and exited all at the same time.
Can’t wait to get to work!
But first… I have to work my ass off this summer as a mailman for TNT to save up some money for my surf holiday at Mimizan (south France).
